The Global Culture and Economy Exchange Association (GCEL) announced on December 16 that they held a mask
sponsorship ceremony at the Azerbaijan Embassy in Korea to deliver the goods to Ambassador Ramsey Teimurov.
Ji-young Kim, chairman of the Global Culture and Economy Exchange Association (GCEL), auditor Suk-bong Lee,
and head of the headquarters Yoon-jung Kim participated in the sponsorship delivery ceremony.
According to one of the member of GCEL, "Starting with the sponsorship of Azerbaijan masks, we are planning to
carry out activities and sponsorship projects with interest in various overseas and global issues in the
